These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications (Yosr and Yosr Driver), and associated services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Yosr” refers to our platform, including the Yosr website and mobile applications.
  • “User” refers to anyone accessing or using the Services, including passengers, drivers, and administrators.
  • “Services” refers to the products, features, and tools provided by Yosr.

2. Services Provided

Yosr provides a B2B software platform to enable business clients to manage their passenger transportation. Yosr does not provide a mobility service; we do not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or directly offer transportation services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Route Optimization: Tools for planning and optimizing driver routes to enhance efficiency.
  • Live Tracking: Real-time monitoring of drivers and vehicles, including accurate ETAs.
  • Ride Scheduling: Functionality to schedule rides, manage bookings, and assign drivers.
  • Resource Management: Tools for managing driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and related resources.
  • Driver Navigation: Turn-by-turn navigation powered by Mapbox through our mobile app.
  • Feedback & Incident Reporting: Features for collecting passenger feedback and reporting ride-related incidents.
  • Fleet Management: Management tools for vehicle data, maintenance schedules, and fleet-related tasks.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Data-driven insights into fleet performance and driver activities.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You will provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and take responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including local traffic laws when using Yosr Driver.
  • You must not:
    • Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering with the Services.
    • Upload or transmit harmful software, malware, or viruses.
    • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
    • Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.

4. Accounts and Registration

  • To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to register an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services under the following conditions:
    • You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
    • You misuse or disrupt the Services.
    • Failure to make timely payments.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and all associated data may be deleted.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yosr operates.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before escalating to legal proceedings.
